📋 Description

• Build a high-performing culture by managing, coaching, and mentoring managers, architects, and principal engineers • Ensure strong accountability, continuous development, and future succession • Own the multi-year OPEX and CAPEX financial portfolio • Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations • Define the multi-year enterprise network architecture roadmap and engineering standards across hybrid/multi-cloud, SD-WAN, and network security • Oversee the end-to-end network project portfolio • Ensure major modernization and lifecycle programs are delivered on time and within budget • Reduce technical debt and systemic risk • Oversee key technology vendor relationships and commercial agreements • Hold external partners accountable for service quality, delivery commitments, and optimal contract terms

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • Progressive leadership experience managing large-scale, enterprise Network Architecture & Engineering teams, including managing managers, architects, and senior engineering leads • Proven track record of defining strategy, standards, and modernization roadmaps across complex hybrid/multi-cloud environments, SD-WAN, data center networks, and network security • Demonstrated experience directly owning and managing large-scale annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including multi-year technology refresh plans, vendor contracts, and strategic sourcing
