📋 Description

• Lead national initiatives and partner with leadership to establish accountability measures, structures, and processes for safety outcomes • Provide regional partnership, collaboration, and coaching oversight for patient safety programs with market-level leadership • Investigate or coordinate the investigation of patient safety-related incidents • Review and analyze safety data to identify opportunities for error prevention • Develop corrective action plans • Prepare reports for committees and leadership • Maintain records and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 1+ year experience facilitating medium-large scale projects or work initiatives • 1+ year of leadership experience • Healthcare Risk Management, Quality and/or Process Improvement, or Transfer Center Operations experience highly desired • Registered Nurse license highly desired • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Preferred credentials include Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma Certified (LSSGB or LSSBB), and Project Management Professional (PMP)
