📋 Description

• Drive candidate lead generation and talent pipelining through cold-calling, job boards, social media, networking, and targeted specialty or geographic campaigns • Build active partnerships with market GME leadership and maintain an on-the-ground presence with residency classes to recruit and retain trainees into full-time roles • Partner with market executives, clinical leaders, AECN, Legal, and Compensation teams to align on staffing priorities and negotiate competitive salary, benefit, and relocation packages • Track all recruitment activity in the ATS with high data integrity while consistently meeting defined KPIs, SLAs, and performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 5+ years of provider recruitment experience • Strong data driven accountability • Experience with multiple forms of Outreach including pipeline conversions, candidate response rates, mail, slow drip & calling campaigns • Experience working in Oracle or similar environments • Strategic mindset and ability to positively contribute to team culture
