📋 Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high-volume sales roles within the merchant payment processing industry. • Source and engage candidates through online platforms, industry networks, and referrals. • Review applications, conduct screenings, and perform competency-based interviews. • Create compelling, market-relevant job postings. • Guide and support hiring managers, district managers, and sales leadership throughout recruitment. • Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide timely communication and feedback. • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to facilitate employment offers through the first day. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System. • Assess and participate in career fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in corporate or agency recruiting. • Minimum 1 year of high volume recruiting or sales experience • Experience with Applicant Tracking System, specifically Workday preferred • Strong ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience in the payment processing industry preferred. • Proficiency in Google Suite preferred. • RACR, PHR, or SHRM certification preferred. • Travel 2-4 times per year.
