📋 Description

• Source and engage licensed mental health professionals through job boards, professional networks, social media, and other recruiting channels. • Review applications, screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and verify clinical licensure and qualifications. • Coordinate interviews with clinical hiring teams and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing clinical hiring needs. • Provide a positive and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process. • Support targeted recruitment campaigns, including email outreach, job postings, and other sourcing initiatives. • Assist with recruitment events and relationship-building efforts with academic institutions and professional associations. • Partner with the Clinical Recruitment team to understand hiring priorities and identify qualified candidates. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in applicant tracking systems. • Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress toward hiring goals. • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows. • Represent Talkspace’s mission and values through positive, professional interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with clinical hiring teams to understand role requirements and support recruitment needs. • Stay informed about behavioral health recruiting trends, clinical licensure requirements, and relevant hiring practices. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience recruiting clinical therapists or licensed mental health professionals. • Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging clinical candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Familiarity with behavioral health roles, clinical licensure requirements, and recruiting practices. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn. • Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting tools.
