📋 Description

• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer • Manage an ATS pipeline, screen resumes, schedule and conduct 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauge position and company fit, and make verbal offers as determined • Obtain required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator • Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately • Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to learn the needs and nuances of each market and branch • Partner with the TA team to support high-volume needs or PTO coverage as needed • Identify and address gaps in the recruitment process and hiring matrix • Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting • Experience with hiring 40+ employees per month • Ability to provide examples of past or current performance goals/metrics and performance outcome that exceeded these • 3 professional references; supervisor, colleague, and cross functional stakeholder/partner • Ability to pass a federal background check • Education level – associate degree or higher • Experience in healthcare strongly preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must live in Pacific Time Zone
