📋 Description

• Deliver quality consulting, project management, and support services to achieve high customer satisfaction • Provide strategic consulting expertise for strategic talent acquisition / HR project work and across system integrator partners • Follow project delivery methodologies and promote industry best practices • Deliver high-quality execution and completion rates on client engagements • Develop and/or implement change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training programs • Provide functional process and design support to assess current and future states of people, process, and technology • Deliver strategic recommendations, successful project outcomes, and system implementations • Gather feedback to assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps and facilitate best-practice recommendations • Contribute to a positive team environment and broader business goals through company meetings and initiatives • Collaborate with peers and colleagues and provide and accept feedback

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Client-facing experience supporting the full life cycle of project/program execution following an established technology implementation methodology • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting client-facing talent acquisition implementations with progressive responsibility • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA / HR functions and systems, including prospect engagement, sourcing, recruiting, and analytics • Demonstrated ability to support successful implementation of technology solutions • Experience developing and implementing change management, communications, testing, and training collateral • Experience with SmartRecruiters required • Other system experience desirable: Paradox, Workday, SAP, Oracle • Deep understanding of organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and related software
