📋 Description

• Support and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals • Monitor, analyze, control, manage, and maintain inventory levels • Initiate cost reductions, order and reprint strategies, and assess sales history with Product Teams • Identify best-practice benchmarks and drive efficiency and cost-saving improvements • Report weekly and monthly on KPIs, inefficiencies, risks, and compliance • Research and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, acquire quality materials, and manage vendor performance • Interpret datasets, identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend optimal print quantities • Review upcoming campaigns with Product Teams to predict inventory needs, especially for seasonal products • Identify high-volume sales orders affecting inventory and share information with Customer Support • Communicate low- and out-of-stock information to product teams, business operations, Customer Support, and other departments • Liaise with warehouse and fulfillment partners on inventory-related questions and discrepancies • Monitor warehouse transactions and track inventory through purchase order transactions and ASN receipts • Match invoices to transactional records in the ERP system and warehouse records

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related fields • Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP, e-commerce, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and/or Google Sheets • Strong attention to detail • Excellent data analysis, mathematics, and accounting skills • Exceptional collaboration, organization, and time-management skills • Exceptional proactive problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Collaborative working style and team-player attitude • Positive and encouraging personality • Ability to work independently with little supervision • High motivation and strong work ethic • Reliability, trustworthiness, and commitment to team success • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment • Occasional travel to Exton, Pennsylvania is required • Exemplify and live the company's core values of humility, passion, and integrity
