📋 Description

• Lead post-sale success, implementation, adoption, and retention efforts for strategic healthcare partners • Own the customer journey after the initial sale, including pilot delivery, change management, adoption, retention, and expansion • Work with care management, revenue cycle, and clinical operations teams to integrate the platform into daily workflows • Engage executive stakeholders and align teams around operational goals • Use data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI • Lead onboarding and deployments from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, milestones, risks, training, and change management • Measure and communicate ROI using key performance metrics to support renewals and expansion • Partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to improve customer experience and influence product development • Build scalable onboarding, training, support, and customer success processes and playbooks • Help define partner success strategy and shape the overall customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading implementations, onboarding, or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms • Experience working with healthcare providers and operational teams • Strong understanding of ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations • Ability to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term customer success • Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems • Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills • Ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
