📋 Description

• Own HoldCo’s core technology environment across Google Workspace, device management, identity management, enterprise SaaS, security tooling, and AI tooling • Build practical security controls that enable rapid deployment of SaaS, AI, and internal solutions while managing risk • Run user and device lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, access changes, endpoint management, and core-system administration • Monitor escalations from the 24/7 SOC, surface material issues, and partner with the CISO on incident response • Partner with AI Governance to operationalize policies and guardrails and support safe enterprise AI adoption • Use automation, scripting, and integrations to reduce repetitive work • Occasionally help portfolio companies deploy enterprise tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience operating modern IT environments • Experience administering Google Workspace, device management, identity and access management, enterprise SaaS, and endpoint or security tooling • Practical security mindset focused on enabling teams while managing risk • Fluency with modern enterprise AI tools and understanding of security and governance considerations • Ability to use lightweight scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and SaaS-native integrations • Experience working in small, scrappy environments with broad technology ownership • Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and improve owned systems personally
