📋 Description

• Serve as the primary recruiting partner for ASG's AI transformation initiatives • Lead full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI-native software engineering, platform, infrastructure, and security roles • Build proactive pipelines for recurring technical roles and emerging skill sets • Partner with ASG's CTO and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver hiring outcomes • Assess technical talent rigorously, distinguishing exceptional AI-native builders from candidates with surface-level experience • Conduct technical talent research and intelligence, including market mapping, compensation benchmarking, and competitive hiring analysis • Develop technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and recruiting playbooks • Manage relationships with specialized technical recruiting partners and search firms when appropriate • Align technical hiring strategies with ASG's long-term growth in partnership with recruiters, portfolio leaders, and executives • Report directly to ASG's Head of Talent

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth SaaS, technology, or VC/PE-backed environments • Proven success hiring software engineering, AI/ML, platform, infrastructure, or security talent at the IC and manager level • Strong technical fluency and ability to credibly assess engineering talent across modern technologies and AI-native skill sets • Experience partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, influence hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences • Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing strategies, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices • Track record of building proactive talent pipelines, scalable recruiting processes, and trusted stakeholder relationships • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Alignment with ASG values: character, persistence, intellectual honesty, balanced lives, passion, and continuous improvement • Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, drafting, and workflow efficiency • Staying current on new AI capabilities relevant to recruiting
