📋 Description

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Thought Logic’s EPM practice across OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and adjacent performance management technologies • Build and maintain deep talent networks within the EPM ecosystem • Recruit solution architects, developers, technical and functional consultants, delivery leaders, practice leadership, sales, business development, and go-to-market talent • Partner with EPM practice leaders to understand capability gaps, growth priorities, upcoming demand, and future talent needs • Develop proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies for specialized talent • Research EPM competitors, talent movements, certifications, technology trends, compensation dynamics, and talent locations • Represent Thought Logic at conferences, industry events, user groups, networking opportunities, and ecosystem activities • Build relationships across OneStream, Oracle, Pigment, consulting, and partner communities • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to practice leadership • Develop creative approaches for engaging passive candidates • Lead intake and calibration conversations with hiring leaders • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer and close • Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to adjust strategies and inform talent decisions • Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team • Improve recruiting processes, tools, employer brand, and talent acquisition practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of talent acquisition experience • Meaningful experience recruiting within Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance Management, financial systems, or closely related consulting and technology markets • Existing knowledge of and relationships within the OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, or broader EPM ecosystem • Experience recruiting specialized consulting talent across technical, functional, architecture, delivery, leadership, and/or go-to-market roles • Strong sourcing capabilities and demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent in highly competitive markets • Credibility to partner directly with senior practice leaders and challenge assumptions based on market conditions or candidate feedback • Strong understanding of relationship-driven recruiting and patience to develop talent communities • Comfort representing an organization externally at conferences, industry events, networking opportunities, and professional communities • Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, software, or another fast-moving environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches, pipelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously • Comfort using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology • Builder’s mentality; ability to create networks, processes, strategies, and relationships • Pinpoint experience is a plus
