📋 Description

• Own day-to-day health of core GTM platforms • Manage CRM configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation • Maintain reliable data flows across GTM tools, including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms • Enforce data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy standards • Build trusted infrastructure for revenue reporting and forecasting with GTM Engineers and the System Architect • Serve as technical partner for frontline Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams • Triage issues, gather business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions • Evaluate new GTM technology and AI tools for integration, adoption, and maintenance • Support contract renewals and implementation of emerging solutions • Contribute to longer-term systems strategy as the company expands products and GTM motions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in CRM administration • Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred • Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools such as 6sense, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight • Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations • Strong analytical skills, including diagnosing data discrepancies, forming hypotheses, and presenting findings clearly • Instinctive troubleshooting ability • Clear written communication and documentation skills • 2–4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company • Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying, such as Snowflake or BigQuery, is nice to have • Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or prompt-based tooling in a GTM context is nice to have • Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment GTM motions is nice to have • Must personally have owned CRM administration work directly; HubSpot is the current CRM
