📋 Description

• Develop and execute the dental hygiene student academic recruitment strategy • Plan, coordinate, and host recruitment events at dental hygiene schools, associations, and conferences • Generate quality leads and convert them into recruiting-funnel opportunities • Manage travel and expense budget • Document school and candidate engagement • Monitor KPIs to drive dental hygiene funnel success • Represent Aspen Dental to prospective candidates and faculty as a brand ambassador • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Hygiene Support, and Operations partners on recruitment events • Communicate recruitment strategy, market snapshots, and upcoming event insights to recruiting partners and relevant leadership • Coordinate and host dental hygiene school events • Prescreen candidates and forward top talent to the hygiene recruitment team

🎯 Requirements

• Currently Licensed or Registered Dental Hygienist or Dental Hygiene degree • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to engage diverse audiences in various settings • Strong project ideation and execution skills • Ability to initiate and complete new projects independently • Preferred experience as Hygiene Faculty, Hygiene Talent Acquisition, or in Hygiene client-facing roles • Competent and self-motivated remote worker • Ability to lead, learn, strategize, and take full ownership of goals and territory • Availability for overnight travel 50–75% of the time • Must reside near a major airport • Preference for candidates in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, or Georgia
