📋 Description

• Own the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accounting activities are completed timely and according to company policies and US GAAP • Oversee GL accounting and compensation accounting functions • Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, development, and oversight of day-to-day activities • Serve as subject matter expert for technical accounting matters, partnering with the Enterprise Accounting team as needed • Assess and improve accounting processes and internal controls • Identify system enhancement opportunities and participate in process improvements • Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate accounting treatment and compliance with company policies • Liaise with auditors on technical accounting and audit matters • Prepare and deliver financial metrics and reports • Oversee monthly fluctuation analysis and variance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• CPA or MBA in Finance or related field a plus • Strong skills in general accounting and financial analysis • Significant knowledge of US GAAP • Ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and management up to Executive level • Very strong written and oral communication skills • Experience with Oracle a plus • 10+ years of relevant accounting experience • 7 years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
