📋 Description

• Triage production issues from support through resolution by reproducing, diagnosing, fixing, verifying, and closing the loop with reporters • Own output quality of multi-agent research and qualification pipelines, including stale facts, unsupported claims, leaked model reasoning, broken or circular citations, and empty result sets • Ship scoped product enhancements end to end, including filtering, ownership assignment, bulk import, UI polish, notifications, and error surfacing • Own the release process from local through development, staging, and production, with staging mirroring production and explicit promotion sign-off • Keep hotfixes surgical and prevent unreviewed production pushes • Manage feature flags, tenant configuration, and environment variables across tenants • Establish systematic QA through regression coverage, pre-demo verification, and repeatable customer-release checks • Execute approved architectural intent faithfully • Report to the client’s CTO and Co-Founder while collaborating with two engineers, the Head of Product/Delivery, and the CSM team • Own the operational half of engineering so leadership can focus on long-term architecture and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including meaningful time in a startup or growth-stage environment where you owned production, not just tickets • Demonstrable, hands-on experience building and debugging LLM and multi-agent workflows, including prompt/context engineering, tool calling, evaluation and guardrails, and cost and latency control • Strong backend and API skills • Comfortable in a Git/PR workflow, reading logs and traces, and debugging distributed or workflow-orchestrated systems • Genuine QA instinct and ability to test work and consider regression risks • Fluency with AI coding tools and ability to review model output critically • Direct, low-ego communication and comfort working daily with product, CSM, and sales teams • Experience with data quality, provenance, citation, or fact-verification systems • Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration layers • Prior work in a CRM, sales technology, or revenue intelligence product • Comfort supporting live enterprise customers, including in-flight fixes ahead of customer meetings • Must be fully remote within the United States and overlap with US Eastern business hours • Must already be legally authorized to work in the country of residence; visa sponsorship is not provided and applicants must not require sponsorship now or in the future
