📋 Description

• Manage influencer outreach and selection, identifying and inviting top creators for campaigns • Curate creator recommendations for clients based on brand fit and campaign success • Coordinate influencer partnerships, including negotiating terms, setting campaign details, overseeing content approvals, managing product fulfillment, and issuing payments • Support Campaign Managers with project management to ensure efficient campaign execution • Monitor and analyze campaign performance • Collect platform analytics to generate insights and support campaign learnings • Stay current on social media trends and strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok • Work across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients as part of the Agency Services Team

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields • Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness • Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely internally and externally with clients • Initiative to suggest and implement new ideas • Strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills • Ability to identify steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute them with minimal feedback • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities • BA degree or higher strongly preferred
