📋 Description

• Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Accounting Center • Define financial and operational data requirements from multiple source systems • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Data Management teams on automated financial data integration processes • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data ingestion and transformation processes within Workday Prism • Configure and maintain Accounting Center rules, mappings, and automated journal entry processes • Support data validation, reconciliation, and financial data integrity initiatives • Support integrations involving reinsurance systems, reserve databases, investment platforms, allocation methodologies, and reporting processes • Maintain and enhance existing financial system integrations • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and automate manual activities • Participate in Adaptive Planning implementation and ongoing support • Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, dashboards, and analytics for business decision-making • Support banking and treasury integrations, testing, maintenance, and cash management projects • Support Workday system enhancements related to accounting guidelines, chart of account changes, new products, organizational growth, and acquisitions • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and financial reporting tools • Support employee and organizational data management activities within Workday • Assist with internal and external audits • Maintain documentation for integrations, controls, configurations, and financial processes • Support compliance, governance, data quality, reconciliation accuracy, and process consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience supporting or administering Workday Financials • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics • Experience with Workday Accounting Center • Strong understanding of general accounting principles • Strong understanding of financial reporting processes • Strong understanding of accounting information systems • Experience designing, supporting, or maintaining financial data integrations and data pipelines • Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data management best practices • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Property & Casualty insurance industry experience preferred • Experience integrating financial systems with HR, payroll, claims, or policy administration platforms preferred • Experience supporting banking, treasury, or cash management integrations preferred • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning preferred • Experience participating in ERP, Workday Financials, or HCM implementations preferred
