📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform • Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines • Partner with software engineers to streamline application deployments and operational workflows • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production-system reliability, availability, and performance • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks • Implement and maintain cloud security, governance, and compliance controls • Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend engineering-platform improvements • Contribute to cloud architecture, modernization, and migration decisions • Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching • Promote engineering best practices through documentation and knowledge sharing • Serve as a technical leader establishing standards, improving processes, and influencing platform direction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services • Extensive experience building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Experience designing and supporting modern CI/CD pipelines • Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages • Experience with Git-based source control and automated deployment workflows • Experience monitoring cloud applications and infrastructure using observability platforms • Strong understanding of networking, identity management, cloud security, and infrastructure architecture • Experience troubleshooting production environments and improving operational reliability • Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical initiatives, and influencing engineering best practices without direct management authority • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Preferred: cloud migration initiatives; Kubernetes and container orchestration; Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; regulated industries; cloud cost optimization and governance • Nice to have: ability to troubleshoot and make small changes to C# and TypeScript applications; platform engineering or internal developer platform experience; Microsoft Azure, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or related cloud certifications
