📋 Description

• Create, maintain and validate product, pricing and item records in Oracle Product Development, Product Data Hub and downstream systems • Implement approved product setup, change and lifecycle requests with clear documentation • Guide product managers on product structures, attributes, configuration options and setup rules • Document consistent product data standards with IT and business owners • Represent PACS Product Management in business systems improvements • Define product data requirements and validate data structures and mappings • Coordinate business testing and acceptance with IT and business stakeholders • Resolve product data and setup issues with IT, Operations and commercial teams • Coordinate cross-portfolio product management leadership activities, including scheduling, agendas, preparation materials and participant readiness • Consolidate roadmap inputs into materials for regional Product Marketing and Sales teams • Coordinate content review, approval, version control and distribution • Prepare product organization content for global sales meetings and strategic portfolio reviews • Capture product systems knowledge, maintain procedures, and provide guidance and training • Build repeatable workflows for product requests, change approvals, launches and lifecycle transitions • Maintain shared planning calendars, presentation templates, roadmap materials and reference information • Track priorities, deadlines, owners and dependencies; follow up and escalate blockers • Partner with IT on product systems requirements and improvements • Measure product data quality, change turnaround, preparation readiness and action completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Substantial relevant experience in product operations, product management, business systems or operational program management, including ownership of complex cross-functional work • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining product or item master data in an ERP system, including product structures, setup rules, data validation and controlled changes • Experience translating product and business requirements into documented data and process requirements, including business testing, validation and acceptance of enterprise systems improvements • Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, business reviews or major events, managing preparation timelines and securing inputs from stakeholders without direct reporting authority • Strong practical skills with spreadsheets, presentation software and collaboration tools • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong organization and attention to detail • Experience with B2B hardware, credentials, software or connected product portfolios in physical security, identity, industrial technology or a related sector is preferred • Experience supporting product leaders through recurring planning, communications and business review activities is preferred • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and the flow of product data between ERP, PLM, ordering and reporting tools is preferred • Experience coordinating roadmap communications, sales meeting content or strategic portfolio review preparation across regional or global organizations is preferred • Experience improving workflows through standardization, reporting tools or automation is preferred • Currently and legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country • Immigration sponsorship is not available
