📋 Description

• Develop application software for defined projects by creating new program logic or modifying existing applications under senior team guidance • Code, test, debug, document, and implement deployment scripts for software applications • Analyze requirements and test application components • Support successful implementation of system improvements • Build web applications and services using an agile engineering mindset • Design, build, test, implement, and maintain reliable and accessible web applications aligned with the organization’s application and API strategy • Assist in developing proof-of-concepts and prototypes for easy-to-navigate user interfaces • Support application compatibility across multiple computing platforms and browsers • Explore new technology stacks, modern trends, open-source libraries, design patterns, architecture, best practices, and software development topics

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience • Less than 2 years of experience developing or designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications • Knowledge of user-centered design principles • Ability to directly represent yourself and your own experiences during recruiting and hiring • Successful completion of Associated Bank’s thorough background check for new hires
