📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics, reporting solutions, and strategic insights across Assurant’s Protection Services • Partner with senior business leaders to identify strategic opportunities and performance improvement initiatives • Develop actionable insights and recommendations supporting growth, profitability, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes • Translate complex business questions into measurable analytical frameworks and decision-support tools • Lead business performance reviews and executive-level analytics presentations • Own reporting strategies, dashboards, and enterprise performance measurement solutions • Design and maintain scalable reporting frameworks using Power BI and other business intelligence tools • Drive standardization and automation of reporting processes • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity • Perform predictive analysis, trend identification, scenario modeling, and forecasting • Develop business cases and financial analyses for strategic initiatives • Evaluate drivers of operational and commercial performance • Lead data quality initiatives and governance processes • Establish controls and monitoring for data accuracy, consistency, and reliability • Partner with data engineering and technology teams to improve data accessibility and scalability • Advise internal business leaders and external stakeholders on analytics • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and client audiences • Support cross-functional initiatives requiring integrated analytics and performance measurement • Drive adoption of emerging analytics tools, automation solutions, and best practices • Recommend and implement enhancements to analytics platforms, tools, and processes • Lead complex analytical projects and cross-functional initiatives • Influence teams without direct authority to achieve business outcomes • Mentor analysts and contribute to organizational capability development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative discipline • 7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, performance reporting, or related analytical functions • 5+ years of experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions • Experience supporting operational, financial, sales, or business performance initiatives • Demonstrated success influencing decisions through data-driven insights • 2+ years of recent experience in direct client engagement and developing “Go to Action Plans” from data insights • Strong experience with Python and SQL • Strong experience with PowerBI • Experience with AWS and/or Azure environments • Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms • Experience with data transformation and automation tools • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations • Executive presence and presentation skills • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments • Travel up to 20% as needed • Employment contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology • Master's degree, 10+ years of experience, enterprise transformation, relevant industry, leadership, and advanced analytics experience are helpful/preferred qualifications
