📋 Description

• Partner with Global Supply Chain and Home Warranty business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, processes, and behaviors • Leverage data insights and technology for fact-based, strategy-focused talent decisions • Collaborate with HR Operations, the Employee Relations Center, and Centers of Excellence on integrated HR solutions • Lead talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational design initiatives • Support acquisition, divestiture, and organizational integration activities • Drive talent acquisition, learning, and performance management processes • Oversee compensation strategies and alignment with business goals • Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements • Advise and coach employees and leaders on development opportunities and performance standards • Share best practices and maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and trends • Contribute to HR and cross-functional initiatives involving organization design, compensation, recruitment, learning, behavioral change, bench strength, and development plans • Collaborate with COEs, HR Operations, and Employee Relations partners to ensure effective resources, analytics, processes, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years of HR experience, including 2 years creating and implementing people strategy for departments or functional areas • PHR, SPHR, or equivalent designation • Strong collaboration skills • Ability to communicate up, down, and across to varied constituencies, verbally and in writing • Financial acumen and understanding of annual and long-term budgeting cycles • Knowledge and experience in workforce planning, organization design, change management, performance management, project management, problem solving, coaching, employee engagement, diversity, and compensation • Experience with matrix management in a complex global organization • Experience in a regulatory environment, managing others, managing to a budget, or outside the HR function would be helpful
