📋 Description

• Input, set up and maintain client, customer and/or agent information for company policies, products or services • Maintain customer accounts by processing premium payments and/or delinquent premiums through direct or automated payment • Research, analyze and resolve exception items initiated through reports, outsourcing centers, account executives, phone calls, correspondence, clients and client systems • Obtain critical information to resolve issues • Manage and work client mailboxes within established guidelines, addressing urgent issues within 24 hours • Complete refund check research • Handle customer service calls from clients, outsourcing centers and internal departments • Assist in leading projects by gathering and analyzing data to achieve results • Participate in conference calls with clients, internal departments and outsourcing centers regarding process improvements, project implementations and complex issue resolution • Work under the guidance of the Unit Manager on complex and time-sensitive issues • Perform the functions of Lender Placed Specialists I and II

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of customer care, research, mortgage servicing/hazard insurance or related experience in an office setting, preferably in a production environment • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • High school diploma or GED • Working knowledge of Blackknight, Trackall and Smartflow systems • Basic MS Office skills, including Word and Excel • Knowledge of Lender Placed applications and Mortgage Banking applications, such as TrackAll and LPS • Lender Placed knowledge • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines • Ability to adapt as procedures/client needs change • Ability to organize and prioritize workload • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to make good decisions • Ability to identify trends and develop analysis • Employment contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology • Virtual interviews must be conducted on video
