📋 Description

• Direct and optimize all facets of the drug screening department, including personnel and vendor relationships • Develop and implement strategic policies and procedures for efficient, legally compliant operations • Lead, mentor, hire, evaluate, and coach department staff • Ensure occupational health services are administered accurately and on time • Cultivate and maintain strategic client relationships • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction • Develop, forecast, and manage the department budget • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to drug screening and implement process updates • Maintain documentation standards and conduct compliance audits • Build and maintain vendor relationships, including contracts, pricing, and service performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, Business Management, or a related field; 3 years of equivalent leadership experience required • Demonstrated experience in a high-growth, compliance-driven environment • Proven track record managing operations and quality improvement initiatives • In-depth knowledge of drug screening regulations, industry best practices, and federal/state compliance requirements • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency with industry-standard computer software and databases used in drug screening • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
