📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Analyst, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or related legal fields • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Strong legal writing, proofreading, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Experience with legal research methodologies and statutory interpretation • Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology • Experience within law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, or government agencies • Ability to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and legal risks • Advanced written communication and editing skills • Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment • Strong judgment and attention to detail
