📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of a new production inventory-planning tool • Translate complex inventory workflows and datasets into intuitive, highly functional user interfaces • Lead day-to-day development of features, fixes, and refactors based on the product roadmap • Make technical decisions regarding data modeling, API design, frontend state management, and query performance • Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development while reviewing generated code and ensuring quality and security • Coordinate BigQuery schema and pipeline changes • Manage deployments • Partner closely with the product owner to turn concepts into shipped, production-ready software • Flag risks, highlight tradeoffs, and advise on technical paths forward

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Strong proficiency with Python backends, SQL, and modern JS/TS frontends • Sharp eye for functional UI and user experience • Strong Git-based workflow • Disciplined code-review practices • History of shipping production-grade systems • Real-world production experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot • Ability to audit and correct AI-generated code to a professional engineering standard • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Service Accounts • Preferred: Direct experience with FastAPI, React, Vite, or similar modern stacks • Preferred: Basic understanding of data science and machine learning principles applied to forecasting, analytics, or inventory systems • Preferred: Familiarity with inventory planning, supply chain, or MRP/DDMRP concepts, or ability to ramp up quickly • Preferred: Experience integrating Anthropic or OpenAI SDKs into application backends
