📋 Description

• Build and maintain features across the full-stack architecture using .NET on the backend and React on the frontend • Review, validate, and take ownership of code produced with AI assistance and tools • Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions • Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident response • Write tests and ensure code quality • Participate in peer code reviews • Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience • Solid understanding of C# and .NET Core fundamentals, including dependency injection, middleware, and async/await • Comfortable with React, JavaScript, and modern front-end patterns • Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git • Familiarity with production systems, monitoring, and debugging tools • Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, React, JavaScript, and AI-Assisted Coding Workflows (Software Engineering) • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English; English advanced • Comfortable learning and applying new tools and techniques • Collaborative mindset and comfort with peer feedback and code reviews • Proactive approach to problem-solving • Experience with Azure or cloud platforms is nice to have • Familiarity with Docker or containerization is nice to have • Experience integrating with external APIs or third-party services is nice to have • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is nice to have
