📋 Description

• Drive transformational AI programs from ideation through deployment, including milestone planning, dependency management, risk identification, and stakeholder alignment • Convert strategic AI goals into structured program plans with timelines, owners, success criteria, and go/no-go gates • Coordinate engineering, operations, and vendor partners; ensure deliverables ship on time and escalate blockers • Ensure AI solutions support adoption, usability, and operational readiness for field technicians, engineers, and operations teams • Embed AI governance through validation frameworks, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and rollback protocols • Define KPIs such as FTE avoidance, cycle-time reduction, and error-rate improvement, and report outcomes to leadership • Manage shared resource constraints, inter-program dependencies, and external blockers across concurrent initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management or technical leadership roles driving complex, multi-team initiatives • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs and track deliverables across teams • Experience driving delivery of internal tools, platforms, or automation systems adopted by other teams • Working knowledge of integrating AI/ML solutions into operational workflows • Understanding of automation design patterns and safety considerations, including human-in-the-loop gates and output validation • Experience working with engineering teams and technical discussions involving APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, and deployment architectures • Ability to synthesize complex technical programs into leadership updates and drive alignment across senior stakeholders • Preferred: experience leading AI/ML initiatives end-to-end • Preferred: product or platform ownership experience • Preferred: familiarity with data validation and cross-system consistency challenges • Preferred: experience with infrastructure lifecycle programs at scale • Preferred: phased rollout strategy experience • Preferred: exposure to capacity planning, resource orchestration, or supply/demand signal integration • Preferred: understanding of MLOps concepts, including model versioning, training pipelines, monitoring drift, and continuous improvement • Preferred: background in field operations enablement; AR/IoT is a plus • Preferred: experience embedded in a large technology organization coordinating internal and external vendor/partner resources
