📋 Description

• Manage underwriting performance for a Fortune 20 company's account-level profitability • Develop and lead claims reserving strategy • Conduct forecasting, variance analysis, risk management, and optimization • Evaluate performance metrics related to growth, customer experience, contract compliance, and profitability • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal and external leadership • Manage pricing claims reserves and sell in pricing and risk modifications • Build client relationships and provide performance insights and subject matter expertise • Support monthly financial close and annual/quarterly forecasting • Partner with Product, Operations, Strategy, Legal, and Technology teams on the long-term growth roadmap • Improve claims adjudication, fraud management, and data quality • Lead direct and indirect reports, establish accountability, and foster collaboration and data-driven decisions

• Successful track record of working through barriers and delivering results • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and financial skills • Ability to lead all levels and across all functions without direct authority • Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills • Self-starter with strong desire to identify and lead high-impact opportunities • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a Business/Finance-related field required • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Strong analytical expertise related to data analysis • 10+ years of related experience
