📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children navigating behavioral health challenges • Conduct assessments and diagnoses • Develop treatment plans • Complete timely and accurate progress notes and documentation in the EMR • Collaborate regularly with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, and the broader care team • Maintain licensure • Participate as a thoughtful, engaged member of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field • Tennessee licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) • Able to practice without supervision • Prior experience providing mental health services preferred • BLS Certification preferred • Comfortable with EMR systems and standard tech tools • HIPAA-savvy • Committed to ethical, patient-centered practice • Able to provide therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children • Must maintain licensure
