📋 Description
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly/non-exempt positions, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviewing, progress reporting, and orientation • Partner with business development leaders throughout recruitment activities • Administer employment lifecycle activities for assigned business units, including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, progressions/promotions, development, exit processes, and background checks • Interpret policies and procedures and provide guidance to business development leaders and team members
🎯 Requirements
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment • Experience or familiarity with background checks, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training • Patient and compassionate approach • Excellent listening skills • Ability to multitask effectively • Familiarity with ATS systems, as requested in the application • Willingness to work part time, 9–12 hours per week • Own computer/laptop and distraction-free work environment
