📋 Description
• Partner with account teams and Fortune 500 customer accounts to understand business problems • Be a product expert and articulate software value in the pre-sales process • Lead value-based demonstrations and understand customer technical needs • Track and document product feedback and advocate for internal development
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to interpret complex business problems and collaborate across teams • Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in building executive relationships
