📋 Description

• serve as technical authority post-sale to solve Enterprise customer implementation challenges • partner with Customer Success Managers for onboarding and integrations • lead technical deep-dive sessions to align customer engineering goals with DX platform • design tailored technical solutions for unique business requirements • act as trusted advisor for developer experience analytics and deployment methodologies • capture technical feedback to inform product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails or Python) • solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services • experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub CLI • familiarity with SQL (Postgres preferred) • knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies • excellent communication and presentation skills • experience leading high-stakes technical workshops and executive-level discussions • organizational skills to manage multiple Enterprise implementations simultaneously
