📋 Description

• Liaise with Business Development and Project Managers to identify and execute key customer support activities • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients across targeted industries • Execute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, and marketing inputs • Execute email outreach campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives • Manage consistent follow-up schedules to maintain prospect engagement • Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunities • Coordinate closely with marketing, sales leadership, and technical teams • Share market feedback, prospect insights, and campaign performance • Attend conferences and events as assigned • Support business development activities through outbound outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, established customer engagement, pipeline generation, client support, and outside sales representative support • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience • 1 to 3 years of inside sales, sales development, customer service experience • Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification • Strong written, verbal communication skills • Comfortable engaging technical, professional audiences • High level of organization, attention to detail, follow through • Proficiency with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics and Deltek preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • U.S. Persons only due to access to information subject to U.S. ITAR export controls; eligible U.S. Persons include U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees • Ability to travel approximately 10%
