📋 Description

• Build high-converting landing pages in Unbounce and custom HTML/CSS/JS across multiple brands and case types • Develop new pages, templates, and features on WordPress custom themes • Build page variants, partner with media buyers on hypotheses, and iterate based on A/B test results • Optimize images, scripts, fonts, and third-party tags to meet mobile Core Web Vitals targets • Implement Google Tag Manager, pixel and server-side conversion events, and preserve UTM and click ID attribution parameters • Translate Figma files, mockups, and briefs into polished, responsive, accessible pages • Create templates, component libraries, and build standards • Use AI tools such as Claude Code to accelerate builds while maintaining code quality • Report to the Director of Marketing • Within 30 days, ship live landing pages and launch standard campaign pages independently • Within 60 days, own the landing page queue and ensure accurate, on-schedule launches • Within 90 days, improve templates and mobile performance and deliver an A/B test win that lifts conversion rate

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production websites and landing pages, with a portfolio of live work • Expert HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript proficiency • Strong visual design judgment • Hands-on experience with Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, or similar landing page platforms • WordPress theme development experience, including PHP templates, custom fields, and hooks • Mobile-first mindset and experience with Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4 • Experience building and debugging forms, including validation, hidden fields, spam prevention, and third-party integrations • Conversion rate optimization experience and A/B testing experience • Comfort with Git and a basic deploy workflow • Ability to turn a brief into a live page in a day or two • Clear communication with non-technical partners • Full stack experience, Node.js, Next.js or React, REST APIs, SQL, Supabase or similar (nice to have) • Server-side tracking experience (nice to have) • Background in legal, healthcare, financial services, or another regulated, lead-gen-heavy industry (nice to have) • Figma or design skills strong enough to produce a page without a designer (nice to have)
