📋 Description

• Review and generate all offer quotes • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to provide rationale and support effective candidate communication • Review and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations • Provide guidance to HR and hiring managers on the PAF process • Implement earnings code changes tied to employee transfers • Administer and audit certification pay changes • Manage and update job descriptions for new roles, position changes, and internal postings • Deliver training and resources to hiring managers and HR colleagues • Maintain data integrity through tracking, auditing, and reporting • Develop standard operating procedures and checklists for HR processes • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives • Partner with payroll and benefits teams on compensation changes and job updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years minimum working in HR positions supporting HR • Experience with HRIS or other compensation program • Bachelor's degree preferred
