📋 Description

• Provide technical and administrative support to field and operations staff • Coordinate project assignment, set-up, communication, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion • Coordinate schedules with vendors, clients, and internal and external teams • Develop project progress reports detailing problems and solutions for stakeholders • Track data through web-based project management tools • Receive and distribute Client Supplied Material (CSM) • Contact municipality departments for project information • Conduct document research of client supplied materials • Submit and track check requests for municipal data and information • Track and procure pending municipal data and information for zoning and SIR reports • Process and obtain FLEX IDs for onboarding new vendors • Write technical zoning reports and SIRs using municipal research • Communicate required information and expected delays to stakeholders • Revise reports when additional municipal information is received • Provide zoning-related information directly to clients • Lead responses to post-delivery client questions and requests • Identify workflow efficiencies and technological solutions • Maintain confidentiality of company information • Deliver timely, proactive customer service • Follow company policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality standards • Maintain a safe and clean work area • Travel as indicated in the essential duties and responsibilities • Work overtime with prior supervisor authorization when required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required • Some college preferred • Minimum of two years of administrative type experience • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project/technical documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals • Ability to present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job • Ability to successfully work from a remote location
