📋 Description

• Partner with Territory Sales Specialists to close new business and expand existing accounts • Drive technical closure by ensuring customer confidence in Autodesk solutions • Participate in deal strategy, pipeline reviews, and account planning • Lead or support customer discovery to understand workflows, challenges, and success criteria • Deliver story-driven demonstrations connecting Autodesk solutions to business outcomes • Adapt messaging for executives, project teams, and field users • Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to deployment and long-term customer success • Share best practices and contribute to team enablement and knowledge sharing • Mentor peers and support initiatives improving technical sales effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably construction • Experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Foreman, or in a similar role • Experience with SaaS technology and/or technical sales environments • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear business outcomes • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills • Experience working with technical users and executive stakeholders • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and internal meetings • Experience with Autodesk Forma or similar platforms preferred • Familiarity with construction workflows across preconstruction, execution, and closeout preferred • Experience delivering customer-facing presentations or demos preferred • Background in digital transformation or construction technology adoption preferred
