📋 Description

• Partner with Public Sector Account Executives to shape deal strategy, drive discovery conversations, and deliver high-impact demonstrations influencing executive-level decisions • Tailor demos for technical, operational, and business audiences and act as a trusted customer advisor • Translate complex customer challenges into compelling solutions with measurable business outcomes • Develop expertise in the competitive landscape and support strategic displacement opportunities • Master the current platform and shape conversations around future innovations • Collaborate on RFIs and RFPs to position Motive as the partner of choice for Enterprise organizations • Connect Sales with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, ensuring customer insights drive continuous improvement and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales or Solutions Engineering experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector customers; SaaS and hardware background preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus • Customer-facing pre-sales field experience with willingness and flexibility to travel 30%+ • Deep knowledge of value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message • Knowledge of solutions engineering methodologies such as Demo2Win, Great Demo!, or comparable methods • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated success supporting complex solution sales within Enterprise organizations • Hands-on experience with Enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
