📋 Description

• Process the end-to-end accounts receivable process and ensure timely, accurate invoicing • Execute customer-centric collections strategies using NetSuite and Tesorio • Apply and post ACH, wire, credit card, and Stripe payments • Research and resolve unapplied cash, chargebacks, and short-pays • Issue credit and debit memos and manage customer credit holds and limits • Analyze AR trends, aging reports, collections performance, and key metrics • Support month-end and year-end close activities and reconcile AR-related accounts • Use NetSuite and SuiteBilling to execute billing operations, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, billing support, and SOX documentation • Use AI and automation to streamline AR workflows and improve forecasting • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Account Managers, and Sales Operations • Work effectively in a fully remote setting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role • Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections • Ability to work independently and excel in a remote work environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, and Stripe is a plus • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing is preferred • Comfortable adopting AI and automation tools • Must be able to pass a federal, state, county background check • Must complete a local in-person verification • Must be able to work in the United States; Automox cannot sponsor work visas
