📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain the queue of deals ready for billing using the Digital Deal Checklist • Review deal documents for AutoNation policy requirements • Review deal documents for Revenue Recognition requirements • Review deal documents for titling requirements • Review rebate and incentive forms for program compliance • Reject deals back to stores when documentation is unacceptable or missing • Flag and submit deals • Verify deals have posted to accounting in CDK • Complete work within daily Service Level Agreements, payroll cut-offs, and month-end deadlines • Maintain timely communication with managers, supervisors, and leads to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of specific requirements for all applicable states, associated municipalities, and brands • Ability to review deal documents for AutoNation policy, revenue recognition, titling, rebate, and incentive requirements • Ability to verify funds received, lender approval, and vehicle delivery • Ability to meet daily Service Level Agreements and deadline-critical payroll cut-off and month-end deadlines • Ability to meet daily and monthly productivity requirements • Ability to communicate with managers, supervisors, leads, stores, and customers
