📋 Description

• Deliver onsite and virtual training across dealership accounting workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and deposits, schedules, reconciliations, financial statements, payroll, and month-end processes • Guide dealership accounting teams through system setup, configuration, and validation for go-live • Review converted accounting data, balances, and setup information for pre-install readiness • Escalate discrepancies that could affect a successful launch • Coach controllers, office managers, and accounting staff on daily processing, adjustments, corrections, month-end activities, and accounting best practices • Identify accounting setup, conversion, product, or training gaps and coordinate resolutions with internal teams • Provide post-go-live accounting training and continuity support • Develop expertise in Autosoft products and services • Deliver customized virtual and in-person training sessions using best-in-class methodologies • Create and update guides, tutorials, webinars, and video content with internal teams • Assess client needs and customize training for their goals and use cases • Refine training processes and develop innovative workflows • Monitor client interactions to identify training gaps and improve product adoption and satisfaction • Educate clients on industry best practices and platform mastery • Establish and maintain best practices for client outreach and communication • Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams • Resolve time-sensitive, high-pressure queries • Provide updates, insights, and feedback to Project Managers and stakeholders • Maintain knowledge of new product features and enhancements • Perform other duties supporting Autosoft’s vision, mission, and values

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience delivering training on DMS platforms to dealership clients • Extensive experience working within dealership accounting operations and workflows • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a dealership environment • Demonstrated experience with dealership accounting processes and systems • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail • Availability for evening and weekend sessions as needed • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure • Analytical, process-oriented approach to problem-solving • Proactive and solution-driven approach • Strong technical acumen • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Excel, and Word • Valid driver's license for onsite training sessions • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel • Degree in education, business, or a related field preferred but not required • Two years of experience using Salesforce preferred • Proficiency in data analysis preferred
