📋 Description

• Analyze and reverse engineer varied accounting and costing methodologies from acquired companies • Normalize acquired-company data for corporate integration • Own and maintain the master inventory listing and data integrity • Drive year-end audit support for inventory and COGS • Provide documentation for accounting entries • Monitor physical inventory counts and cycle counting across multiple sites • Partner with IT to maintain financial data integrity during legacy-system migration to the main ERP • Report to the Corporate Controller

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on cost accounting experience • Expert knowledge of standard vs. actual costing and variance analysis • Ability to identify gaps and implement solutions within the first 30–60 days • Advanced Excel proficiency • ERP literacy • Comfort working with messy data sets from multiple systems • Ability to thrive under heavy workloads and meet aggressive deadlines • Must be 21 years or older • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or otherwise address sponsorship requirements
