📋 Description

• Manage a complex caseload of bodily injury auto liability claims, including litigated matters • Investigate claims and interpret policies • Apply negligence standards • Manage litigation • Communicate and negotiate with claimants, attorneys, insureds, and other involved parties • Independently evaluate complex claims • Identify exposure and establish appropriate reserves • Develop effective strategies to achieve timely and equitable resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of commercial auto/trucking bodily injury claims experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Proficient with Microsoft Office
