📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end S&OE process • Manage daily and weekly operations plans • Align demand and supply activities and ensure short-term operational goals are met • Collaborate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams to address real-time challenges • Support execution of the S&OE plan on a weekly and daily basis • Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders • Facilitate daily or weekly meetings addressing bottlenecks and urgent issues • Develop and track KPIs including service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates • Analyze variances between plans and actual performance and provide actionable insights • Prepare and share operational performance reports with management, including executive-level communication • Identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints • Resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules • Develop contingency plans to mitigate operational risks • Support initiatives to improve operational execution efficiency • Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights • Develop reporting requirements and future tools for data-driven decision-making • Streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning • Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in Power BI • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • APICS/CPIM certification desirable
