📋 Description

• Design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and government-regulated environments • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and data center networking solutions • Lead architecture reviews and recommend improvements for network performance, resiliency, scalability, and security • Develop and maintain enterprise network standards, design documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and operational best practices • Serve as technical lead for complex infrastructure projects and network modernization initiatives • Lead planning, implementation, testing, migration, and post-implementation support • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Server, IAM, Site Services, and business stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation activities • Provide technical guidance during planning, budgeting, and business case development • Provide Level 3/4 support for complex networking issues • Lead root cause analysis for major incidents • Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management • Participate in on-call support and critical incident response • Design and maintain secure network architectures for corporate and government environments • Support compliance with CMMC, NIST, CIS Controls, and FIPS • Support internal and external audits • Mentor Network Engineers and provide technical leadership • Review designs, implementation plans, and change requests • Promote engineering standards and best practices • Lead knowledge sharing and documentation • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience • Experience leading complex infrastructure projects, cloud networking, and regulated environments • Experience with Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ISR/ASR, Cisco SD-WAN, Aruba CX, Aruba Wireless, HPE Networking, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, VRF, QoS, MPLS, VPN, Multicast, and High Availability • Experience with Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Cisco Umbrella, TACACS+, RADIUS, 802.1X, PKI, MFA, and Zero Trust • Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and hybrid networking • Experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Cisco DNA Center, Aruba Central, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Wireshark, and Git • Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Cisco CCIE, Aruba Certified Professional, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Palo Alto PCNSE, and CISSP • Ability to participate in on-call support and critical incident response
