📋 Description

• Provide expert post-sales support for software and/or hardware systems, subsystems, and applications • Support customers or field personnel using telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities • Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues and internal representative in critical escalations • Review customer networks proactively and identify issues across software/hardware components, platforms, and protocols • Work with management and teams to implement solutions • Manage complex problems of diverse scope independently • May manage labs, mentor lower-level engineers, and manage projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience and a Bachelor degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience and a Master degree or equivalent • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience • Master degree or equivalent experience • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to communicate and use office technology effectively • Expertise in industry protocols, solutions, and customer situational management • Experience with software and/or hardware systems, subsystems, and applications • Experience utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities
