📋 Description

• Provide expert post-sales support for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications • Support customers or field personnel using telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities • Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues and internal representative in critical escalations • Proactively review customer networks and identify potential issues across combined software/hardware components, platforms, and protocols • Work with management and teams to implement solutions • Independently resolve problems of diverse scope • Potentially manage labs, mentor lower-level engineers, and manage projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 6 years of experience and a Bachelor degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience and a Master degree or equivalent • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience • Master degree or equivalent experience • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Experience providing post-sales support for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications • Experience using telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities • Expertise in industry protocols, solutions, and customer situational management
