📋 Description

• Provide supervision of clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and/or clients receiving extended non-licensed support services • Provide staff orientation and ensure competence as a preceptor, or ensure RN Case Manager/Preceptor resources are in place • Ensure services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards, and agency policies and procedures • Plan, develop, and manage the agency’s clinical programs, services, activities, and employees • Assist with oversight of home care growth • Serve as the clinical expert and assist with operational and financial management • Investigate and take appropriate action on client/consumer complaints • Identify training needs of clinical staff • Regularly evaluate programs and services to identify improvement opportunities • Ensure client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration • Manage back-office workflow in HCHB, perform chart audits, and conduct one-to-one clinician training

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice • Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy • Associates degree required or higher • Must have OASIS and HCHB experience • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST • Ability to support offices in Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin
